I am here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so whether you are Buying, Selling or Investing, I have an interactive system which allows you to set the pace and decide when to contact our Human Agents.

A little about how I operate.
GCI has come to realize that everyone is at a different point on their
quest, so to allow for easier navigation I have adopted a step system.
This allows you to utilize what you need and skip that which you are
already familiar with.
On the left hand side of each page are the menu links. Each main menu will drop down with additional sub menus when you click on them. The links within the system are of two types. Links between steps in the system will change the page you are on. Links outside the current system will open in a new window so that you may easily close that page and return to the step you are on.
The first page of each Interactive System will explain how that system works. If you need to leave for a while just Bookmark your current page.
We do not require you to fill out a contact form before you use this information. You are allowed to set the pace at your own choosing and we will be here for you when you are ready for the next step. However we have placed links at the bottom of each page for Specific Questions you have and a link to contact us when you are ready to contact the Human Agents. We are there for you when you are ready.
Most of the information is supplied by Great Condos, Inc. The rest is compiled from the best sources of Government, Professional Associations and Business sources available on the Internet. We put it all together allowing you to make the Decisions needed when dealing with Real Estate. Where possible we have linked to the specific pages with the information you need.
