They say that it does not matter if you open it or not just that the name is put before the customer. I don't know about you but this is very irritating to us. Especially when everyone else does it.   3. Because our job is to make your transaction as smooth as possible, we need as much information about your needs and circumstances as possible and an idea of the time line which fits your circumstances. This is why some of our forms have so may questions.
