Evaluating the Available Properties

Now that you have made the initial decisions of what you are looking for and the price range that is comfortable for you, it's time to see What Is Available. At this point it's best to look at the type, sizes and prices in several areas to get an overall view of our Market. By completing this step you can make an informed decision on how you wish to proceed. The purpose here is not to find the exact property (although if you find it, that's Great!), it is to analyze what is available and determine if and when to proceed to the next step to get pre-approval for financing.
There are 3 Options for getting listings of the available properties.
Option 1-- You may do your own searching. We have a collection of properties on our web site and a MLS search page to search the complete Multiple Listing System for Broward County. To view properties on our site you may click on CONDO SINGLE FAMILY or PRE CONSTRUCTION. The Menu on the left hand side of each page may also be used. To use the MLS search you may Click Here or use the main menu. You won't have to fill out any contact forms to use either one. If you have specific questions you may always use the button on the bottom of each page.
Option 2--If you are looking to purchase in less than 4 months, it is best to call us so that our Human Agents can expedite your initial search. They will discuss your circumstances, set you up to receive the available listings and help you to proceed efficiently to the next step.

Option 3--If you are looking to purchase in more than 4 months you may either call or Click Here for email contact. Please fill out the form as fully as possible so we may set up your Personal Prospecting Web Page. This page will list the properties currently available and also add new listings as they come on the market. You will be one of the first to see the new listings because our program adds them to the page the same day they become available. We will send a link to this page by email.
After you have received and gone over the listings (Options 1,2 & 3), your next decision is if and when you wish to proceed.
The next step is to receive a Pre Approval letter from a lender.
